L4L is committed to the principle that a sound Primary Education provides the child with the best foundation for further education and a successful future. L4L also supports the concept that children learn best before they reach the age of 11yrs especially through a child-centered approach which encourages learning by doing. L4L will therefore be involved in the creation of interactive ICT facilities, called L4L Club Houses, which ensures an enabling environment for students in Primary 4, 5 and 6 to earn basic IT skills, while also providing technical and soft skills training for the teachers. The objective of the programme will be to enable teachers use computers to teach and students use them as a learning tool.
