As an Executive Consultant in the eCommerce Practice at Ernst & Young he helped AB&B HQ Zurich, Switzerland develop and implement a 100 country global e-Business strategy. As Strategy Director at Sapient Inc. he helped reorganize Siemens HQ Munich, Germany’s Wireless Engineering Division for UMTS and developed the UK Governments award winning DirectGov website for HMG Cabinet Office. As Chief Operating Officer for Alteq.ict he was Project Director for the World Banks Integrated Payroll & Personnel Information System (IPPIS) 6-Ministry 50,000 user project for the Federal Government of Nigeria. As Chief Operating Officer of Mobitel he led the deployment of the first Wimax 16e based 4G mobile broadband network in Lagos Nigeria.
Carolyn Hall, MBE
Carolyn has an Education and Development Aid background with a UK Teacher’s Certificate and an MSc in Development Economics from Bradford University. She has lived and worked in Nigeria since 1972 firstly with the Kaduna and Borno State Ministries of Education in the 1970‘s and in the early 80’s established the Maiduguri International Primary School in Maiduguri. In 1989 she joined the Nigerian Conservation Foundation, Lagos, to set up their Environmental Education Department and developed a comprehensive schools programme which included school conservation clubs, teacher training workshops, a national Art & Essay Competition and the publication of a children’s’ environmental magazine, ‘Tortoise”. She later worked as a Development Aid Consultant to National Governments in Ghana, Swaziland, China, Laos, Vietnam, Pakistan and to Shell, Gabon. In 2012 she was awarded an MBE in Queen Elizabeth II Birthday Honours List for ‘Services to education and environmental awareness in Nigeria”.
Abimbola studied Business Administration in the UK. She also has an MSc in Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility as well as an MA in Marketing Management from UK and US institutions. She is a CIM certified marketer with over 13 year’s professional experience with both Nigerian and Multinational organizations. She has worked with the public and private sectors on projects related to the Nigerian “Support – A – School” programme and is also a World Bank trained development facilitator. She is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of AOMS Marketing Solutions and has worked with various stakeholders in Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, South Africa, UK, US, Switzerland, etc.
Phil Hall, OBE
Phil has over 40 years experience in Nigeria predominantly in the environmental sector. He initially worked for the State Government as the Chief Ecologist in NE Nigeria for 15 years and was responsible for the development of a protected area policy for the region. In 1987 he moved to Lagos to join the Nigerian Conservation Foundation as the Technical Director and helped to establish the NGO as the foremost environmental NGO in Nigeria. Subsequently he set up Pro-Natura in Nigeria focusing on Community Development Programmes in the Niger Delta and then joined the Leventis Group where he is responsible for the development of a range of environmental programmes. He is on the Board of numerous NGOs in the country and in 2000 was awarded the OBE by the British Government for Services to Conservation and Human Rights in Nigeria.

A marketing communications practitioner with over 32years experience, Funmi has had a career spanning broadcasting and marketing communications. After working in TV and Radio Broadcasting he joined Insight Communications in 1982 becoming COO in 1989 and Executive Director in 1991. He founded COSSE in 1995 to champion Experiential Marketing and Brand Activation in Nigeria. Funmi is a past President of the Association Of Advertising Agencies In Nigeria[ AAAN]; Fellow of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) ;Board member, Advertising Practitioners’ Council of Nigeria[APCON]; Chairman, Advertising Practitioners’ Disciplinary Committee[APDC]; Past Chairman of AAAN LAIF Management board. Ayo Kusamotu a practicing lawyer, obtained a LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Lagos in 1997 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1998. He was an associate in the leading firms of Ayanlaja, Adesanya & Co, Clarke, Parko & Co. and Abdulai Taiwo & Co. Since 2001 has pioneered a boutique law firm, Kusamotu & Kusamotu whose hallmark is ‘thinking out of the box’ and exploring unchartered areas of law. He is involved in charitable organizations as Director of Internetbar.org (an American Not for Profit Organization), One Laptop Per Child Ltd/Gte and Ohada Club of Nigeria. He was a member of the Presidential Task Force that drafted intellectual property legislation in 2001 and was an adviser to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) in negotiations with the European Union on economic partnership agreements.
Diana studied Fine Art and Mass Communication in the U.K. and America. She has 20 years experience in the hospitality and entertainment sectors. She is both a certified professional trainer in customer service and a trained experiential facilitator. She has lived and worked in the UK, USA and Nigeria and has coordinated training programs in Nigeria, England, Ghana and Sierra Leone. She was a founding Director of Team Building Africa and is now a director of Team Management Partners Limited. She brings to the company her expertise in people management and training, and creative organization.
